Collection and Use of Personal Information

LeBlanc & Associates, LLC may collect personal information from its clients including name, address, email, phone number, etc. This information is used to contact clients and fulfill their requests for services. LeBlanc & Associates, LLC  does not rent, sell, or share client information about its clients with third parties. Your personal information will not be disclosed to anyone without your explicit consent except where it is required by law.

Upon request, we provide clients with access to information (e.g., name, address, phone numbers, etc) that we maintain about them. Clients can access this information, and/or have it corrected, by contacting us.

Collection and Use of Statistical Information

Every computer connected to the Internet is provided with a domain name (e.g. Yahoo.com) and an IP Address (e.g. 192.168.0.1). When a visitor requests a page from within the LeBlanc & Associates, LLC website, our Web Servers automatically identify and log that request. This information contains no personal information. The information collected includes:

  • IP address of the site that referred you
  • Your IP address
  • Web Page that you linked to us from, if any
  • Product Identifier for Version and Make of Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 6.0)
  • Operating System platform (e.g. Windows)
  • Search Words or Terms used to find our site on a Search Engine (e.g. Google, Yahoo)

The practice of collecting the above data has been generally standardized by virtually all Web Servers on the Internet today.

There are two purposes for this information. First, it greatly aids in ensuring maximum compatibility for the various Browsers and Operating Systems used by our visitors. Second, as any business should attest, it is our desire to generate greater amounts of visitor traffic. By analyzing the patterns of our visitors, referring URLs, and Search terms, we can strategically enhance our Internet exposure.
